Motomate is a subscription-based application designed to help mechanics manage customers, jobs, services, and general business operations.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and operate as mechanics or authorized business users. The service is currently available only in India.
3. Subscription & Billing
Motomate offers monthly and yearly subscription plans with an optional free trial period. All subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate information, use the app lawfully, and not misuse or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
5. Customer Communication
Mechanics are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate consent from their customers before sending SMS notifications or other communications using the Motomate App.
6. Suspension or Termination
Motomate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if these terms are violated or misuse is detected.
7. Limitation of Liability
Motomate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business losses, data loss, or disputes between mechanics and their customers.
8. Modifications to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
