This Privacy Policy applies only to users located in India and currently covers mechanics using the Motomate App. Customer-facing applications and policies will be published separately in the future.

3. Payments & Subscriptions
Motomate offers a monthly subscription of ₹249 and a yearly subscription of ₹2499 (discounted), along with an initial 3-month free trial. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Motomate does not store card or banking details on its servers.
4. SMS & Communication
Currently, SMS notifications are sent to customers of mechanics for job-related updates. At present, no notifications are sent to mechanics themselves; however, this may be introduced in future updates. SMS delivery is handled via MSG91.
5. Third-Party Services
Motomate shares only limited and necessary information with third-party service providers such as Razorpay (for payments) and MSG91 (for SMS delivery). We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information of users.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
User data is retained only for as long as the account remains active or as required to comply with legal and operational obligations.
